This short documentary follows the journey of a small town's attempt to bring NASCAR racing back to North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Carolina. Located in the western part of the state, North Wilkesboro is the original roots of NASCAR racing. Where moonshiners inspired the early beginnings of dirt track racing as they built cars to outrun the law.
